Mary Njenga · Finance & operations executive · Coach · Facilitator
Meet your coach.
A leader who knows what it means to be capable, counted on — and ready for a more sustainable way.
Mary Njenga is an accomplished finance and operations executive, coach, facilitator and change advocate with over 19 years of experience leading organisations, building high-performing teams and creating the systems that help people and organisations thrive.
Over the course of her career, Mary has worked across the private sector and high-growth organisations, including experience with global organisations such as Deloitte and Diageo. Her work has given her a deep understanding of leadership, performance, organisational change and the often-invisible pressures carried by high-achieving professionals.
Today, through Mary Njenga Coaching, she is passionate about helping high-achieving women step out of chronic over-responsibility, depletion and self-abandonment — and into lives and leadership that are more grounded, intentional and sustainable.
Mary speaks and facilitates on burnout and depletion, healthy boundaries, over-responsibility, sustainable leadership, identity, rest, emotional wellbeing, and navigating the demands of work, family and purpose. Her approach brings together practical tools, honest conversations and deep reflection — creating spaces where women can pause, examine what they are carrying, and begin to make different choices.
“You do not have to become less capable to live a more grounded life. You simply need to stop carrying what was never yours to carry.”
